HOW TO ENTER FOR THE COMPETITION.

• Cowbell Mathematics Competition is open to all Secondary schools in Nigeria.
• Cowbell Personnel makes the Registration Forms  available to the secondary schools in Nigeria. Forms are also distributed to State Ministries of Education
• Competition is in two categories – Junior Secondary (14years) and Senior Secondary ( 16 years).
• Each school nominate their best two students in both categories- Junior and senior secondary.( 4 students per school).
• Nominated students fill entry forms ,attach passports and self addressed envelope with  postage stamp, and gets the endorsement of the Principal.
• Examination is in two stages. All secondary schools are eligible to enter for the first stage.
• The best 3 students (Junior & Senior) in each state  in the first stage exam will get prize awards.
• Second Stage Exam ( final) - The first position in Senior and Junior Category from each of the 37 states seats for this exam. Total of 74 students.
• The best 3 students (National)  in both the Junior and Senior categories gets  star prize awards.
• The next best 14 students ,7 in Junior category and 7 in senior category also gets consolation prizes.
